The most important result of a visit is that I leave the office with relief of my pain! I also appreciate that the doctor uses techniques that aren't as aggressive as I've experienced in other offices. Another benefit is that he uses a drop in system for appointments. It is so much easier to go right when I need to versus making and waiting for an appointment; and, I've still never waited more than ten minutes!
