I had 2 surgeries for disc herniations within 5 months of each other. I was having a hard time getting back to normal, at my physically demanding job. Stef asked a lot of questions about what I do, how I was feeling and what I could and couldn’t do. She catered excercises to me, and changed them as time went on to address where I was in my recovery. She is no nonsense in the best way. Doesn’t let you get in your own way, pushes you just enough. Cares about what is happening.
