Steffanie is an excellent therapist who is upbeat and listens, giving excellent feedback and advice. My last therapist did none of those, and the difference is night and day. If you need someone to push you hard, she may not be the right fit, though I can't say for sure - after my previous therapist, I needed someone more coaxing, and she is perfect for that.
