Dr. Davidson specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which were specifically helpful in my case, which centered around depression, OCD, and addition issues. Having said that, her approach was very attentive and focused on me personally. She was great at connecting dots specific to my situation and helped create strategies that were specific to my own personal values and personality. I never felt judged by her and her approach, while very objective, was always aimed at helping me navigate my life with self-compassion and positivity. I can't recommend her enough. I have moved states, and one of my biggest regrets was having to find another therapist! I don't think I will find one to match Dr. Davidson.
