Dr. Steph is the real deal. She has such vast and intricate knowledge of the spine and all of the body's muscles -- she knows precisely how an injury or imbalance can impact your range of motion and quality of life. She offers not only chiropractic adjustments to get your spine in alignment, but also gives you simple exercises for your exact injury or situation that will strengthen muscles to help you correct an imbalance and regain range of motion. Seriously life-changing. The office is a 30-minute drive for me, and I probably pass 10 other chiropractic offices along the way, but I will continue going the distance to take advantage of her superior care. I feel very lucky to have found her.
