I have been with Stephanie for 4 years now and I couldn't ask for someone better. She takes her time to understand you and get to know you and take an appropriate approach. She is very direct, but this is something that I appreciate. I enjoy that she is no nonsense, but also extremely empathetic and caring. I have always struggled to find a fit for a therapist, but she has been wonderful and I cannot recommend her enough. Communication is always within reason and she is always on top of scheduling and letting me know if she needs to reschedule at all. I appreciate that she takes an approach that is very human to human and is not afraid to be 'human' during sessions.
