Stephanie has helped our daughter, who is a young adult, IMMENSELY! Panic attacks are very rare and she takes no medication for them and is able to settle herself down with the coping skills she has been taught.Stephanie listens and helps her navigate a stressful job and first serious boyfriend relationship. We see a huge change with our daughter and how she navigates as a “launched” adult in our crazy, uncertain world. We would highly recommend!!!
