I would give Stephanie 10 out of 5 stars if I could! As someone that was hesitant to try therapy in the first place I can't thank Stephanie enough for making me feel comfortable and free to share my thoughts & feelings. Working with Stephanie never felt forced, it always felt like talking to a friend. She created a very safe environment where I could say what was on my mind and I always left my sessions feeling lighter. If anyone else like me, who might be hesitant to seek therapy, comes across this review, please consider reaching out to Stephanie! Meeting with her truly changed my life for the better and I know she can do that for so many others who may need it! Thank you Stephanie for your professionalism and warm demeanor!
