Stephanie has been my therapist for a few years now and she has changed my life. Prior to meeting her, I had never considered talk therapy, but I found myself at the end of my rope and knew I needed to consult a professional. Stephanie was referred to me by a friend and I’m not sure what I would have done without her. Stephanie effortlessly creates an environment that is safe, empowering, and nonjudgmental. She speaks from an empathic, authentic perspective that allows you to feel heard and validated. She is so well spoken and challenges me to step outside my comfort zone to promote self growth. Stephanie has helped me create healthy boundaries, increase my self confidence and self worth, and most importantly she has truly listened and supported me. I would recommend Stephanie 1,000 times over.
