Stephanie has helped me come to terms with my abusive childhood and used EMDR to lower my depression and anxiety level, which comes from traumatic memories. She also uses guided meditations and mindfulness to give me new tools when I am triggered. I was marginally functional when I first started working with her and I really believe that with her help, I can continue to live my best life.
