At 24 years old, my body kind of fell apart all at once. Through manual labor, a few accidents, and a lack of physical maintenance, I found myself with a herniated disk, hamstring tendonitis, and unbearable sciatic pain. I was in bed for 2 months. I couldn't walk, I couldn't sit, and even lying down didn't help. The relentless pain kept me awake every night screaming in agony. I didn't sleep for a straight month. I went to specialist after specialist looking for a treatment plan so that I could avoid surgery. I went to Sports Injury doctors, muscle specialists, acupuncturists, Physical Therapy, Neurologists and they all prescribed medication, bed rest, injections, surgery, etc. Honestly, I thought this was how my life was going to be now. I thought it was all over for me. But then I was referred to Dr. Costa. Finally everything started to make sense. I understood my condition, I understood what needed to be done, and I had found the man to do it. The results can speak for them
