Dr. Doane is an excellent surgeon, doctor. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, and he performed a mastectomy on her breast. From the first time calling his office, his office staff namely Joanna is very nice and pleasant to work with.First time seeing Dr. Doane, he was very patient and didn't rush us through anything. He told us what our options were, and allowed time for us to process. In the past with other doctors, I have felt being dismissed, or that they just want to move onto the next patient as quickly as possible, without actually spending the time to understand our concerns or questions. Dr. Doane answered every single one of our questions and took the time to explain things thoroughly. His bedside manners are exceptional, and if every doctor had his level of bedside manners, I believe there would be a lot more patients who feel comfortable going to the doctors office. The surgery went so well that she didn't even need any pain medication afterwards. Highly recommend.
