Dr Loughlin practices SOT ( Sacro-Occipital Technique) which is not 'cracking' as most people think of when they think chiropractic. Dr Loughlin can better explain SOT but I have SOT adjustments as opposed the the better known 'cracking adjustments. The doctor uses wedges that allow my own body weight to adjust and align my spine and pelvis; SOT works incredibly well with me and patients of all ages. I do and have recommended Dr Loughlin and he now has another new patient as a result.
