Their professional, yet cordial demeanors, began my visit of excellence while waiting to see PA, S. Ramos. Soon, my name was called as his nurse kindly escorted me into his waiting room. She was extremely cordial as well, while ensuring my seating comfort. After answering her questions she left and PA, Ramos soon knocked on the door and entered the room. His eye contact, amiable attitude, and professional entrance guided the entire visit. After asking questions and a brief observation, he explained in laymen terms what was going on with me. PA, Ramos, acknowledged my painful situation and discussed the options to help relieve my pain. With understanding and thoughtfulness of my pain, he walked me through the medical, after care, and healing process of my procedure. His caring and professional bedside manner was highly appreciated
