I was paired with Dr. Sprinkle through an employee assistance program at work. I was experiencing a great deal of anxiety and stress related to work and current events.Over our six sessions, I was given effective techniques for dealing with and overcoming my anxiety and stress incidents (what I call 'spiraling'). Dr. Sprinkle is very experienced and a terrific communicator of anything and everything he wants his patients to hear. I felt seen and heard in each of the ways a therapy patient would hope for. He respected my intelligence and feelings, and never once talked down to me.My decision to reach out to him through our EAP will go down as one of the best decisions I've ever made. If you are hesitant in any way to do the same, please don't be! I'm here from the future to tell you that you won't regret it.
