The first words that come to mind to describe Mr. Gonto are social, diligent, highly-knowledgeable, and consistent. I have had the pleasure of having Mr. Gonto on two occasions when I have had surgery and he has always maintained a high level of courtesy and diligence. He was quick to put me at ease and made sure that if I had any questions, they were answered. The experience that I had with Mr. Gonto left me calm in an otherwise stressful situation. This experience filled me with confidence in the professionals at the hospital.
