I recently saw Mr. Penman for a new appointment. We realize medicine is not an assembly line, it's a problem-solving process. Nevertheless, we only waited 15 minutes to see him. My problem was a serious one and was not diagnosed correctly by several other providers. What we learned then was priceless and now I'm 100% better. He is different than most of the other providers we've seen as he took time to listen, actually did a physical exam which most don't do these days then after diagnosing my condition correctly, put the right plan in place. Now, I finally have someone I have confidence in and will definitely recommend him! I wished I had seen him years ago.
