Dr Nelson's the best. My father was a resident at Hilltop Village in Kerrville and was seen by Dr Nelson for what we thought was blurry vision from old glasses but ended up being a problem with the eye that needed an extra membrane to help heal. Dr Nelson's caring and attention let me know my dad was well cared for.
