Dr. Westby worked with me for 2 years to help with high levels of depression and anxiety. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asked; he was patient, kind, and understanding and slowly built up my confidence and found ways to help with both my anxiety and depression to the point that I no longer need medication. There is no quick fix to mental disorders, and Dr. Westby put in the care, time, and effort to help me recognize my destructive behaviors and thoughts and found a way to rethink and restructure them so they help me or I can stop myself. In a very professional way, he showed that he cared about my well being and would continually work with me without frustrations. I am so thankful for him and his professional care.
