We have recently moved – our former OD referred us to a classmate – this is our “thank you” letter: Dear Jerry, Barbara and I can’t thank you enough for the referral to Susan Durham – who remembers you as fondly as you remember her from your graduate school days. Barbara and I completed comprehensive online forms (and thank you for forwarding our records). We were seen promptly in what I can only describe as a tastefully functional light-filled office (they just moved from a former location and seemed to have gotten everything just right – right down to the barn doors for each exam room). Dr. Durham’s exam was uber thorough and comprehensive; she has knowledgeable and pleasant assistants who were present throughout her exam. She patiently (and with good humor) explained our current vision status, made recommendations, and has referred us to trusted peers (retina and cataract specialists).
