Conducted a thorough interview to learn about my issues and offered multiple exercise examples how to deal with, strengthening , to help my condition. The exercises were demonstrated in the office to ensure that I would be able to continue them on my own at home. She also suggested numerous other daily routines, diet and practices that would assist me. I'm sure that over time with her advice and direction I will improve my condition. Strongly recommend.
