She also doesn't pressure you to discuss topics. And has you personally explore topics to decide if its necessary to bring them up in therapy. She does sometimes have the opinion that bringing up past experiences may not help, but will discuss them if you want. She truly is engaged and cares about your growth. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
