I've been seeing Susan (first in-office, and then virtually since lockdown) for several years, and she's so helpful. She listens in a really helpful way - offering an alternative viewpoint when my depression starts taking me down a dark or negative road, and encourages me to recognise and celebrate my successes and victories. The office staff is generally friendly and helpful, both in person and over the phone, and understanding if I need to call in to make changes to appointments.
