Dr. Susan Sprich has been a lifesaver for me. She was my "person" who helped me overcome and continue to face the challenges of OCD and PANDAS/PANS. She is patient, kind, and caring and speaks to me like a human and not a "case study." She is dependable, easy to contact and is extremely helpful. I went from a teen who had difficulty leaving my house and functioning in the real world, to a young adult who is not only surviving but thriving in this pandemic world all thanks to the guidance of Dr. Sprich. In fact, given how much progress and success I was able to see from working with Dr. Sprich, I have published a book sharing my personal story with OCD and the challenges that I faced, and Dr. Sprich's role is mentioned significantly in my book. Thank you, Dr. Sprich. You are such a special human in my life who has helped me considerably. There is no "me" without you.
