She was direct but not without compassion. She always could tell when what I said was not on point. She always helped me take a reality check vs what I thought was supposed to be real. I loved working with Susan because she helped me find the strong, able-bodied person I use to be. I am no longer a victim trapped in an intolerable situation. I am now free and on my own - because I am in control of my life, my choices and they're consequences. Thank you very much Susan.
