Dr. Troutner is excellent in reading me, and counselling in a way that is most effective. She encourages me to think. for myself and as much as possible come up with solutions to try. She is extremely talented and accomplished in therapy: at least with me and my personality. This takes a lot of skill and knowledge in her field. I thank God for her expertise.
