I can attest that Suzannah is an excellent psychotherapist and overall professional. We have worked together for quite a few years, and I have seen that she knows how to balance validation with gentle confrontation when necessary. Dr. Espinosa is empathic, understanding, and respectful as she guides her patients through their journeys, whether it be trauma, personality issues, difficulties managing emotions, relationships, communication skills, etc. While going through effective therapy is not always easy for clients, they have said that she has been there for them and has helped them change their lives and see results rather quickly. Suzannah has particular expertise in DBT combined with CBT, and works with older children through adults. Dialectically speaking... Therapy doesn’t always feel good! And at the same time... it definitely is worth it.
