This is the first time I met Suzanne Chan, FNP. She has taken over this hectic and busy clinic in Chinatown after the previous doctor retired. She is now my mother's PCP. I decided to attend an appointment with my mom today. I was extremely impressed. My mom's chronic conditions were poorly managed by the previous provider. With Suzanne, my mom's conditions are now properly managed. She is a gem in this community and genuinely cares for a population with knowledge gaps and languge barriers.
