Kindness, understanding, non judge mental, and no nonsense advice helped me through some tough times. She has been critical working in concert with my pain doctors and primary care doctors. Dr Lenz goes the extra mile To help me, once even offering to meet me at a coffee shop if stairs at her office too difficult!
