My experience with Dr. Southworth as a therapist has been nothing but positive. She is patient, caring, compassionate and non-judgmental. She is more than willing to listen to all of my rambling issues & offers excellent & helpful advice & work to try to help me deal better with my anxiety & depression issues. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone as a therapist. She is also one of the VERY few quality therapists who still takes insurance of any kind (CIGNA) which is so rare and so important for those who are disabled or have other financial difficulties and need insurance to be able to afford therapy.
