I've seen several therapists over 30 years (I moved around the country a few times). Sylvie is one of the top therapists I've worked with. She is nonjudgmental, asks the right questions, learns about my issues in a conversational manner & expertly leads me to helpful insights. I never feel like I'm being interrogated, disrespected or that my information was shared inappropriately. When others wanted to hospitalize me she understood why I didn't feel it was appropriate & worked with me on my issues (does anyone else believe the 1 to 10 scale used is not useful?). She is always booked so others must feel similarly.
