I can't recommend Talia enough. I was headed for shoulder surgery, but was told to try physical therapy first. I was skeptical. Talia made me a believer. The program she laid out now has me mobile and pain free! She has a real depth of understanding of body motion and made sure I was exercising specifically to improve my condition without aggravating it. She is also just an all around good person, fun to talk with and helped make my sessions much easier to deal with. If I ever need PT again, she will be my first call.
