Tamar is very intelligent and wise. She helps me see whatever situation I am in from all sides and helps me to understand why I might feel how I do. She uses creative approaches that work and has a great sense of humor! I recommend her to anyone that wants to work with a therapist that is going to challenge you, but also see you as a flawed, precious human. She has helped me tremendously with my generalized anxiety disorder by our work together using various methods, including Jungian psychotherapy.
