Tami Fikstad-Byrd is exceptional! She really exceeded my expectations. She did my son's circumcision and made sure my son was as comfortable as possible. She talked us through the entire procedure before we even got started which made me feel a little less nervous. She genuinely cares about newborns and knows circumcisions can be painful, so to make things better she swaddled his arms up close to his face before the procedure. My son even slept through most of it and only woke up once she was putting the diaper back on him. After the circumcision she gave us plenty of time to nurse and cuddle our baby. She was able to calm my baby down better than I could, and she took the time to swaddle/cuddle him until he fell asleep. She absolutely knows what she is doing and the circumcision went great. I am really glad we went to her, and the respect she has for people is outstanding. She is so nice and thoughtful in every way.
