Ms. Knell's strongpoint is that she actually listens. Not only that, she remembers. She will refer back to something said casually way back in the past. She is nonjudgmental. You can bare your soul with perfect assurance. She has a sense of humor at the appropriate times. Ms. Knell has the ability to put you at ease. You can sense that she truly cares about your well being. Just can't say enough positive things about her. Would highly recommend without the slightest reservation.
