I saw Tammy for about 5 years until my insurance changed. She's patient, kind, and friendly. She's passionate about therapies and treatments that are innovative or emerging, and she has an endless amount of resources she shares generously. She has a casual therapy style, but I can attest, there is nothing casual about her assessment and advice. I found her easy to talk to/with, she never forced any conversation or idea, she waited until I came around to it on my own. Her way of helping you see something that you are talking about, but unable to recognize, is to ask you questions, but they aren't really questions, they are seeds that grow to reveal issues - which I found as a much gentler way than challenging or confronting. It maybe made treatment slower, but in hindsight, I was happy to have had the chance to realize it myself than have that lable slapped on me forcefully. I felt very safe with her, she helped me, and never let me down.
