I have had anxiety for years. I never realized my unhealed past trauma was the reason. Together Tanya and I worked on finding my attachment style growing up. I realized my anxiety started then, when my dad picked up and left. I am finally starting to feel free of the chains that have confined me, and I'm becoming more independent. My life is richer, fuller, I'm following my dreams, and I finally like who I am. I have learned how shedding my past, allows my authentic self to come through. Tanya has changed my life. I want her as my therapist for the rest of my life!
