I truly can't say enough good about Tara. She provided me with priceless advice for getting through my anxiety and sleeplessness. I'm a socially awkward type, but Tara made me feel very comfortable. She went out of her way to schedule my sessions. She was always available for a quick chat if I needed it. You can tell that she really cares about her clients. She was the best decision I made and I thank God that I was lucky enough to have her as my therapist. She got me through the roughest time of my life. I highly recommend her for anxiety or depression. Her knowledge and advice is priceless. You won't regret choosing her.
