Dr Parades is wonderful! After 2 knee reconstructions...let's just say I have my share of hip, hamstring, IT Band, calf, neck, back, etc issues associated with these surgeries/recoveries. Dr Parades did an extensive initial consultation to identify areas to focus, and each session we work on these goals..and I of course do all my homework during the week to assist the process improvement. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about body mechanics, and can explain easily! Awesome bedside manner too
