I can't recommend Temple highly enough. She's really good at her craft. I've tried different therapists for probably the past 20 years and therapy never really "clicked" until I started working with Temple. She listens, she asks very smart questions (that seem obvious after she asks them but didn't occur to me in the moment) and then she gives really practical advice. I leave each session feeling closer to my goals of healing and moving on from my past. A great therapist like Temple is hard to find - it took me decades. To anyone who reads this and thinks therapy doesn't work: it does. You need to find the right person, and for me Temple is the right person. I hope she is for you, too.
