Terri is an exceptional therapist with regards to narcissistic abuse. Reached out to her at the lowest point in my life. She provided me the support, strength and tools to regain my life after years of living with a narcissist and the associated confusion, blame shifting, gaslighting, isolation, and deception. She helped me unburden years of pain, stand back on my feet, develop my self worth and move on to a better life. She gave me back my sanity. She challenges you, which can be incredibly uncomfortable. She helped me prepare for challenging confrontations with the (now ex) partner and gave me the strength to move on. I can't thank her enough for helping me become the person I'm proud of being today. A survivor after YEARS of narcistic abuse.
