Teresa is my counselor on BetterHelp.com. I was very skeptical about an online shrink (I know, social worker), but actually its pretty convenient . She seems very insightful and gives me solid, researched advice. She seems to use theories, not just her opinions. I like it. I might use it for awhile. Best thing, is I don't even have to leave home.
