Teresa Gingerella is the only therapist that was able to help me work through my anxiety and depression. She was very skillful at working with me as she would give me homework to do that made me focus on self. And in that, it caused me to see where my problems lied and what I needed to do in order to fix them. I thank God for her expertise.
