I do not have enough amazing things to say about Teresa. She simply changed my life. I had seen several therapists in previous years and I never got anything out of the sessions. Teresa will hold you accountable, she will tell you how it is, which is what I personally needed I didn’t want someone to sugar coat things and just agree with me, she also gives you tools that you can and will use for a life time. I’ve never had someone who cared so much about me and my well being before, she will cry with you, laugh with you, encourage you, and challenge you. I am forever grateful for Teresa and how she touched not only my life but my family’s life also.
