I love the direct, no nonsense approach Terri takes in appointments. When I first met her I was unsure but soon discovered she is very skilled at her job and works to accurately diagnose and treat. What I first thought was disengagement proved to be a blank facial expression that had nothing to do with the quality of care. A lot of these reviews lack insight and want something from their doctor appointment I do not need. I don’t call the doctor to be with a friend. I want someone who knows what they are doing. Terri has, more than once, accurately diagnosed and treated correctly what other smiling doctors at this practice had wrong.
