Terry was my therapist for 8 months until I moved across country. He was also the first therapist that I stuck with beyond intake . He was there for me when I was in the most crippling depression and anxiety of my life . He was so supportive of me. He has a no b.s. approach which I appreciate. Terry helped me get through some tough relationship situations as well deep trauma therapy, including EMDR . I went from laying on a couch all day sleeping, to finally living life again. He helped me find the courage and reminded me how strong of a person I am. I don’t know what I do without him. I’m glad I called Kentucky counseling and they set me up with him. Terry became like family . I highly recommend him .
