Thelma has been such a voice of reason for me in my life, she is very easy to talk to, doesn’t push any narrative, doesn’t push medication, especially as a first option and is grounded in practical advice for life. She truly cares about her patients unlike many others —- after seeing many therapists and psychiatrists over the last 30 years, she is one of a kind. We need more like her in the mental health field.
