Experiencing severe tennis elbow and shoulder pain. Thomas Berger at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville took his time (despite being the end of the day) to teach me some very simple exercises to help my condition. I liked the fact that the exercises were easy to understand and him doing them with me, helped me to see proper execution and posture. He was very pleasant and his philosophy of doing the right PT in just a few well targeted exercises is more effective than a long list of confusing exercises that are so tedious that patient compliance would be low. The exercises are already making a difference on day 2!
