I have been receiving weekly therapy from Mr. Heine for about 18 months now and it has vastly improved my life. He is incredibly knowledgeable about not just his direct field but surrounding areas such as social supports, literature and medications for various issues. He has not only helped me deal with my own issues but has more than once helped to me to find supports for a family member. I have been in therapy for the last 15 years and he is the best I have seen. He is kind and empathetic and also really great at calling me out on my behaviors or thoughts without making me feel defensive or judged. He is very aware of the way that trauma colors interactions and consistently checks in to make sure that I feel safe in the environment. He has gone well beyond his obligated duties to help me going as far as to extend sessions or schedule on weekends. I cannot recommend him enough. Also the receptionist at his office (Thrive) is very pleasant to deal with, overall 10/10.
