Tom McConnell not only cares immensely about his patient's rehabilitation from an injury, but also about his patient's personal well-being. He is an amazing listener and makes a rehabilitation plan personalized to each of his patients. He goes out of his way to make sure his patients are not only comfortable with each exercise he gives them, but also while they are doing day-to-day tasks away from physical therapy. He is there to work with the patient and motivate him or her along their journey as a helping and supportive hand. Not only will you leave at the end of your PT session better than where you started, but you will leave in a better mood.
