Following knee replacement surgery, I had many appointments with Thomas. Each time, he remembered my name, facts about me and kept my therapy progressing without repetition. Considering how many patients he sees each day, it was very refreshing to know that he engaged with me demonstrating I was more than a name on his schedule.
